At Amana LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted products rooted in tradition, care, and purity. Due to the personal, hygienic, and perishable nature of our offerings, all sales are final.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

 Henna Products (Stains, Powders, Stickers, Cones)

Because these products are used directly on the skin, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once shipped. This includes henna stains, powders, stickers, cones, and paste.

 Hair Growth Oils, Butters, & Scalp Products

Due to safety and quality assurance, all hair care products are final sale. This includes oils, butters, scalp sprays, and herbal blends. Returns will not be accepted under any condition.

 Bakhoor, Oud & Burners

To maintain the sanctity, scent integrity, and hygiene of our offerings, no returns or exchanges are accepted on Bakhoor, Oud, or Burners — whether used or unused.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference (e.g., scent, color, or consistency), as all items are made in small batches using natural ingredients.

  • In the rare case of damaged, incorrect, or defective items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will assess and assist accordingly.

  • Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.

 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of verified damage or order errors — and only at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.
