Thank you for shopping with Amana LLC! We’re committed to delivering your order with care and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping terms below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship worldwide until further notice. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days once your order has been shipped.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

Marked as Delivered But Not Received?

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. First, please check:

    • Your mailbox and front door area

    • With your apartment leasing office or mail room

    • With neighbors or family members

  2. Next, contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or DHL) to file a claim or investigate the delivery.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to initiate a case or inquiry with the carrier if tracking confirms delivery, but the package is missing.

Amana LLC is not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. However, we are committed to supporting our customers and will do our best to assist. In most cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement-handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please do not open a dispute with your bank unless you’ve contacted us first. Filing chargebacks hurts our small business. We are here to help and want to ensure you’re satisfied with your order.
